Catch a Ride to Truth……..

This Full Moon on August 27th, 2026 is a lunar eclipse in Pisces (flow and acceptance) with the Sun in Virgo. This eclipse has the earth sitting between the Full Moon in Pisces and has the Sun in Virgo casting it’s light on us saying “healing is happening, the list are checked off, our diligence and work have arrived.” We have been through a lot over the past 6 years and I think some of us are ready to jump off the crazy train onto a train moving forward to truth in our lives. We are at a point where we recognize the bad players spewing manipulation and making our hearts angry from non-truths. It is time to let go of the hurt, hate and fear we have been living and turn to our hearts to follow our truths. It is time to trust that our dreams can come true and see that the seeds of intention we have been praying for are ready to blossom. Shut out the noise and get hopeful. Our ability to create the world we believe in is always possible. This Full Moon is here to sweep you toward your inner truths.

I read something this morning that rang so true. It was written by Kristin Fontana, Evolutionary Astrologer. I quote her exact words: ” Whatever you are seeing is being viewed from the library of your own Soul, through the books collected there. You might have volumes to draw from, or you might have 500 or 5000. It doesn’t mean that what you see is the truth. It means that what you see is tinted by the lens through which you read a situation. Remember, however you see the world from the blueprint that you have within is what you draw to yourself. So if you think people are not nice, you will draw people who are not nice. If you think people are kind, you will draw people who are kind. And so on!”

I have always written and talked about how the world is a mirror of who you are. If your world is not what you hope and dream for, you must turn within yourself to see how you are contributing to what you don’t want. Correct your thoughts, words and actions to align with your dreams/truth. These actions can shift your immediate world and begin a tidal wave that can sweep influence upon more people who want change & truth. This full moon is telling you to trust your dreams, accept the opportunities that are presented and pivot as needed. Only you know what no longer works in your life. Only you know what healing journey you have been on. Turn off the noise in your head and align with the quiet so your soul can speak to you. So your spirit guides can open your eyes to your truth.

When we see a sign from spirit, it is natural to go into our head and try to relate to what we experienced and give it meaning. That is drawing from the lens of memory, the blueprint. You must remember to bring your heart into that conversation as it is the litmus test to give you truth to your analogy. Don’t give your truth away because you concur “you probably should believe this is what it means.” You know inside yourself what you want and whether this sign is to be followed because your heart never lies. If you use divination tools, such as Oracle Cards, draw a card. Before you read the book, see what words or feelings come by just looking at the card and run everyone of those communications by your heart to see what feels true or not. Read the books explanation and pay attention to what part of the cards meaning resonates with you. The things that resonate are the your answers. Then say prayers for more understanding and broader knowledge and guidance. Spirit is always listening to what you need. You just have to make use of that tool. Our world has taught us to move away from the infinite wisdom that lives within us all and to trust spirit. Instead we watch the news, read books, listen to experts and make our decisions from sources outside of ourself. We must always take all external information inside to our heart to find what is true and what is not to reach our final conclusion. But don’t worry, the universe has a way of putting us back on our truth path when we are off course. As long as you are trying, although not there, accept the lessons that help you course correct and see how you could have done it better next time!

This is a magical time. The seeds of intent are ready to blossom. Accept the challenge of your dreams and let them come true. Trust the path showing itself before you is your way, if your heart agrees. Let go of what no longer serves you and replace it with what does. Truth is truth! What else except a healthy dose of trust do you need?

Let’s draw a card from the “Wisdom of the Oracle” deck by Collette Baron-Reid and ask, how can I better follow my truth with trust? I drew the card: “Time for a Nap.” Instantly I feel to slow down, take a pause, rest. Open myself up to hear my inner wisdom. Look around me and see what opportunities to learn exist. See the signs. The book says: Essential meaning: Rest, rejuvenation and renewal; temporary non-action; allowing dreams to arise. The Oracles message highlights: This is a time to step away and rest. Let the cares of your world go. Go into a state of non-action, and allow yourself to be free of the shackles of your goals, lists & desires. Nothing is as important as rest, detachment and neutrality. The overly busy mind can block you from your inner wisdom if you don’ step back, take a seat and rest. Be willing to let dreams surface and ideas flow through you, absent any force or conscious direction, a you observe without engagement now.

Trust in Truth

It seems as July ends and August begins, I am hearing over and over “to Trust!” In this day and age where we are inundated with so many opinions in our daily lives, it sometimes takes us away from our core truth detector and sends us into an unbalanced emotional state. Let’s face it, our world of community is chaotic! The energy can feel frazzling. In my opinion, the stability of the media is gone and the ability to gather an opinion from them is compromised. Gone are the days of objective reporting. Now it feels more like an effort to convince our perspective than providing a myriad of facts so you can decide truth for yourself. Where do we turn for truth? Even in this one example of deciding our truth, we might want to recognize that nothing outside ourselves tells us what is truth. We can gain trust by paying attention to our inner truth detector ultimately. How does truth feel for you? Mine feels inside my heart, clear and without objection.

Where do you go when you need to sort through the confusion and chaos? Usually to truly connect with truth, we go somewhere quiet so we can be with ourselves and immerse in something that makes us feel balanced in perspective. We often turn to nature, a massage, nap, exercise, read a fictional book, watch a funny movie to name a few. When we do these things, we seem to get messages, sparks of inspiration of some sort that shifts our thinking and triggers our heart and feels important and truthful. But ultimately we slow down and move away from the confusion. If we are successful, we reconnect with our heart and what we believe is important. We walk away with different priorities and set out on a path to change our ways. But unless you learn to connect with what feels true inside yourself and run influences in life through that truth meter, you end up in the same place of confusion, eventually. That too is reality, because we are constantly learning and growing in life. But ultimately, it isn’t the massage, book or walk that gives you truth, it is you turning within to connect with what feels truthful. Knowing how your body communicates truth to you can change your life and put you in the drivers seat of your life and development.

So where does trust come in? Well, we all have had bumps in our life that we didn’t see coming, that affect our ability to trust our inner truth meter. So it too confuses us along the way. When we are in the unknown territory of learning, incidents happen, that is just life. It is important to reflect back on the time when we made our decision and we remember that warning or ill feeling we ignored. We missed it, but reflecting helps us to learn to acknowledge and trust those messages moving forward. Telling your victim story repeatedly without reckoning to move forward in a positive way, allows the victim to continue. Giving the need to blame something outside yourself more power than your own learned wisdom, determines the course moving forward. Trust can only be developed in knowing within yourself what truth feels like and exercising that knowledge in your decision making.

The past 4 years I have been studying with the Indigenous Medium, Shawn Leonard. He has given me simple tools to help me fine tune my ability to connect with people who have passed or as he says, gone home. Meditation, saying prayers for empowerment outloud to my spirit guides, ancestors and the creator (or God.) These tools have opened me to visions, hearing, smelling, feeling (physical and emotional) and “just knowing” abilities to develop in delivering messages from the other side. It has been a huge lesson of trust which continues with each reading. Shawn himself and other mediums I follow, after all their years of experience still talk about how hard mediumship is because you have to follow the crumbs spirit sends and trust it enough to share it. I have two methods I can trust to deliver these messages. 1 being trusting my inner truth meter and 2 being brave enough to share whatever message I receive that feels truthful, to the person the message is intended for and await their response of validation. That takes trust. Trust and truth go hand in hand in life, this is just one example. My final point is, you have to go within to find truth in situations. Healthy healing activities you seek are tools to get you there. You can turn outward and get 1000’s of opinions. But unless you put each of those opinions inside yourself to see if they are true or not, your path in life is determined by others, not by authentic truth. Turning within continues to strengthen your truth meter and refine your consistency. And yes, you will hit and miss, but humility is a valuable tool to get you to go back and fine tune your truth meter as well. Everything is a choice. And we do get triggered. You know the old saying “sink or sail”, course correct is the hoped end result. And every life lesson hopefully makes you better, stronger and more confident. I myself am in the middle of gaining trust in my mediumship right now. For me, it is like stage fright before a reading, but immense joy after to have helped someone with their pain of loss. When the challenges present themselves, I go back to the drawing board, get quiet, review the incident and try to correct course moving forward. Every reading I get stronger, but every reading requires blind trust. I am narrowing the window of self doubt and building my trust in truth. It feels like a big life lesson, important to the core of human existence and survival.

Let’s draw a card and ask what everyone needs to know to grow their trust in truth – I will just respond with resonating points from the book guide from the Wisdom of the Oracle deck by Collette Baron-Reid. I drew the card “ Time for a Nap”. The essential meaning is: rest, rejuvenation and renewal. Temporary non-action, allowing dreams to arise. The Oracle’s message is: Nothing is as important as rest, detachment, and neutrality. The overly busy mind can block you from inner wisdom if you don’t step back, take a seat, and rest. Be willing to let dreams surface and ideas flow through you, absent any force or conscious direction, as you observe without engagement now. In relationships: Withdraw from action in your relationship, and give it a rest so that your love and connection can become rejuvenated. If you are not partnered, it’s good to take this time to know yourself. If you are partnered, relax and just be with your partner. Prosperity message: A great time to take a break from your busy schedule and allow yourself the opportunity to step back. Put plans on ice, dream, imagine and let go of attachments. After a break, you might want to make some changes. Epiphanies have an amazing way of arising when you take your focus off your to-do list and allow yourself to rest.

MEMORIES…….

Recently I was reminded on my phone of a photo memory of my late Father, Joe on his 90th birthday celebration. The picture is at Easter time and he is with my Mom, Sally and all the great grandkids are gathered on or around them. Most were babies and I remember how hard it was to get all 9 of them in the picture. There were the wiggles, the need to be held by mommy, the willing posers and the unhappy. It is a picture of a truth, in a time of the past that felt like a forever reality at the time. A memory I remember like yesterday, yet the kids are all older now. 1 in college, a few more in high school and another with us that was not born at the time. Time moves on.

These memories remind me of when my parents used to reflect on their parents and times of the past. I find myself in the same place looking at this photo. When we were living in our past, it felt frozen in time. The kids would be young forever, every year we would celebrate another birthday, another Easter. Now it feels like something special I will never have again. It doesn’t make me sad, but makes me realize that right now isn’t forever. It too will soon be a memory.

Today I am faced with the task to remember, what I feel today motivates memories of the future. It helps solidify the path of a memory, both good and bad, because nothing is perfect. Creating includes the not knowing becoming dreams of the future. Today I miss family, I realize moving forward, the only memories I create with my dad are memories of the past motivating tomorrow. Today, I wished I woke up feeling clearer in the head and had less body pain. Today I realize I didn’t eat as well as I should have yesterday creating how I feel today. I must forge ahead and dream about what I want, not let the reluctance or fear stop me. I must let happiness be my motivator, for to get happiness, I must be happiness. To have peace, I must be peaceful. To get through the hard times, I must turn to determination, because now is a veil and won’t last forever. What I allow to motivate me today, creates tomorrow which will soon be a distant reality.

Let’s draw a card to see what the Oracle deck wants to tell us about motivating memories: I drew “Soul Mates” from the Wisdom of the Oracle Cards by Collette Baron-Reid. The essential meaning from the guidebook is as follows: Harmonious partnerships, love, friendship, companionship, a relationship fostering personal growth. I will quote the beginning of the Oracle’s message as well for you to ponder on. “You are meant to evolve and transform with the companionship of others. Certain people enter into your life in order to take you to the next level of healing, consciousness and authenticity. It is always a reciprocal experience, although the results for each of you will vary. You know these people by the strong pull drawing you toward them—-and sometimes by the strong aversion to them initially too. Soul mates can be friends for life, or remain in your life for a only a short time. No matter what, you will be changed in ways you can’t possibly fathom now. Pay attention to these people today, they are your greatest gifts.”

Remember what you create today will guide you to tomorrow and be a lasting memory for life. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Be wise to your motivations as they are your guiding light to your outcomes. Take time to get quiet and hear the innate wisdom and spiritual guidance which is the gift of your now.
