The Best Days…..

Today was one of those days where spirit is just guiding me. I had a clear mind and set out for some errands with intentions to use my intuition and be curious about the unknown. It was nothing profound, but a good reminder when you leave your emotions and logic out of it you can be led right where you need to be when being guided by spirit. I went to a home builders store to find a piece of wood that is glued and finished to look like a backboard. I didn’t know where in the gigantic wood department I would find it. Of course I could have asked for assistance, but I kind of wanted to find it myself. When I first went into the store, I was initially a bit overwhelmed, then I headed to the lumber department with curiosity, envisioning what I wanted. I walked along the main aisle with a clear mind/emotions and felt inclined to turn, so I did. And about midway down the aisle was exactly what I needed. It was great! What I initially feared would take forever to find, then intended to find, happened quickly and easily.

A few days later I went for my annual physical. Afterward I needed to get bloodwork done. When I went down to the lab it was jammed & the line to check-in was long. I decided to wait and come back another time. In the evening before bed, I always set intentions and ask for guidance where needed. Whether it be through dreams or just being guided by spirit. That night I asked to be motivated with out doubt when the lab would be slow to go to get my bloodwork. The following morning, I had an uncontested urge to go get the bloodwork first thing. So I gathered myself and set out. When I got there were 2 people ahead of me to check in and I waited less than 10 min. to get my blood drawn. I was home in less than an hour! This is normally a 20 min. drive each way from my house! I was elated how effortless it was.

Although these are trivial tasks, it is such a great feeling when we are just led directly to the solution without a lot of trial and error. Being of open mind, in a intended, trusting and curious perspective, really is a rewarding place to create, discover and accomplish. One thing to also remember is when you are blindly asking for a sign of your next step to be open and not try to control the form of your answer. But be more tuned into it’s truth for your circumstance.

I recently listened to a reading by Collette Baron-Reid for the month of March. She ended it with some powerful words: “Wherever our attention is – is what we signal to the universe we want more of. Pay attention to what you want & less attention to what you don’t want. Put more attention into what you stand for and less attention into what you don’t stand for. That is what will lead us forward.” What perspective you come from is what you create. And because we are all connected, we create our reality, our environment, we contribute to an energy of influence. We have so much power to guide life and we don’t often use that power to benefit ourselves or our world. We tend to focus on what is wrong and what we don’t know how to accomplish. Spirit is here for us always. And we have to ask for what we want, have a conversation with spirit, because they are listening and ready to help. always intend what is for your highest good and for the good of all. Then be patient, go about our way and pay attention for the signs that lead us to the end result. We have to be honest with ourselves when we see a sign and if it is what will allow us to accomplish what we are capable of doing without throwing us off course or over extending our hearts desire. Sometimes the sign is a stepping stone for growth and not the end result. That is where you have to be honest with yourself. Does it make you feel like it is what you want or are you just thinking that this is what I am supposed to do and why? Also, trust that spirit has your best interest at heart and they are listening. If you are not seeing your answers, maybe it is time to shift your focus and consider a new objective.

Let us draw a card from the Wisdom of the Oracle Deck by Collette Baron-Reid. The question is, how can I stay focused on what I want & avoid negative/fearful thoughts? The card I drew: “Chaos & Conflict in protection mode. The card booklet says, This is an advantageous moment to restore order and recognize the opportunity for negotiation. If your intention is to find the best solution for the highest good of all, there is positive news: the timing is perfect. Things are already stirred up, so don’t be afraid to jump into the mix. I say: remember that things have to get shaken up for you to find your path to truth. Usually when something is upsetting or against your beliefs, it is time to go within and find a solution to move forward. To recognize within yourself why you feel the discord. Is it motivated by unmet truth or does it require adjustments within to get to the truth? Do you understand the needed changes or should you perhaps meditate to open space in your mind for spiritual guidance? Chaos happens because there is change. You can contribute to guiding it toward truth by thinking and acting in your truth for the good of all. It is always important to recognize inside yourself how you contributed to the circumstances in order to steer toward truth. Even if it is because you were unaware until the change happened. Somehow we all contribute on some level at some time. Remember, our outer world reflects our inner world, denial can be blind. Change is meant to wake us up or motivate us to live our purpose on this earth at this time. The longer we each wait to live our truth, the more challenging it can be to reach it. For the inspiration is the inception. The less energy put into motion toward the negative, the less obstacles are created for the path forward to truth. Trust and knowing are two key tactics for success. And “Truth” is meant to be.

New Moon in Pisces….

Late evening of March 19 or early morning on the 20th, depending on what time zone you are in marked the New Moon in Pisces in the Northern Hemisphere. The Moon joined the Sun 1 degree of Pisces and at the very same time, Venus was at the final degrees of Pisces before moving into Aries. Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac and embodies the wisdom of all the other signs preceding it. So this lunar cycle ends the zodiac calendar year and is a time of endings and preparing for new beginnings.

The New Moon in Pisces should include setting intentions of planting seeds of belief in the wisdom gained in the past year to carry you into the new beginnings. It should empower you moving forward with the grace and understanding required to accept what the future presents in a manner that is true to your heart and for the good of all. Knowing that you will know what is true and have the courage to act in accordance to that truth. We are on the verge of several powerful energetic shifts this year with the first happening mid-March when Pluto moves into Aquarius and Saturn will enter Pisces. It is unclear what these shifts will create, but astrologers believe we are going to begin drastic changes in our world over the next 2 years. Pluto is significant transformation, death and rebirth. Aquarius is the sign of progress and embodies technology. Together they have the ability to transform humanity. Saturn in Pisces is rules, regulations, structure vs. no boundaries, mysticism, deep feelings. It is worth it to more read about the history of these past meetings to understand the tendencies of the next 2 years. Therefore it is important in this New Moon to use the magic of Pisces to plant the seeds now to prepare ourselves moving forward. It will assist us to be ready in a knowing kind of way that keeps us out of fear of the new and unknown with the courage to trust our wisdom moving forward. And to always remember that the collective consciousness is powerful in how we solve the challenges ahead. We each can be a responsible power to ignite our outcomes by how we believe, trust, respond and act. Remember we are all connected through the same consciousness and we create our reality by what we put forth into the universe. A daily prayer for love, healing, peace and justice could go far these days.

Dr. Michael Lennox describes Pisces as the owner of the unconscious and all the power that comes from the infinite field of possibility from which all form springs. Pisces is about love and forgiveness and is ruled by Neptune, the planet known as the Great Spirit. So while Pisces is connected to all things it is also empowered by the mystical spirit at the same time. He also describes the influence of Venus in the final stages of Pisces this New Moon to be powerful. Venus wants love and in Pisces, there is no boundaries for that love. In the final degrees of a sign, Venus is sitting in all the wisdom of the sign of Pisces who represents all signs of the zodiac. So a very powerful time to heal, give and receive love. The world can use a lot of love right now, so another good idea is to set an intention moving forward to embody the wisdom of love in your actions moving forward as Venus moves into Aries hours after meeting the Sun & Moon this new Moon. In Aries, Venus is not comfortable with this Fire of this sign and we need to send her off with a good intention moving forward as it has potential to be a heightened emotional time in this lunar cycle with her in Aries the entire time.

The Pisces traits include being compassionate, romantic, artistic, intensely empathic and sensitive. They feel very deeply and at times struggle with the blues & can be prone to addictions because of it. It is hard for others at times to understand the Pisces person because of the depth of their feelings and their innate psychic abilities. They are the healer you will find at the exact right time without the fear of judgement. They are attuned to the true, deep rooted identity, subconscious, spiritual side and deepest wounds we are each meant to deal with in this lifetime. The Pisces can be a magical influence and with this New Moon we can optimize that magic by setting an intention to commit to some level of spiritual practice to empower ourselves. Meditation is a powerful tool, journaling, paying attention to your dreams, etc. All powerful tools to learn and hear from spirit to advance your growth and knowing at this time. Some of the shadows of the Pisces are dreaminess, the open accepting with lack of boundaries which can cause overwhelm, can be a sponge of the emotional energy around them, they can throw themselves into helping others at all costs, indecisiveness because of the innate flow to trust and if unbalanced, move blindly guided mostly by intuition rather than intellect; depression & addictions. The Pisces can, so to speak, unconsciously pick the scab off a deep wound in another while coming from their heart and sense of caring without conscious ill intent which usually results in a mishap.

Let’s see what the cards say we need to know to empower love as we move forward during a fiery emotional time of change into the unknown? The card I drew is from the Oracle of the 7 Energies by Collette Baron-Reid, “Divine Matrix”. The key concepts of this card from the book read: the realm of Spirit, the knowledge that we are all Divine beings, part of a tapestry, weaving our dreams into the fabric of reality; synchronicity, learning to trust the way things unfold. The book goes on to say, you are surrounded by a multitude of realities that were brought to life by others. These can surely affect you if you allow them to. But as your thread your luminous life force, your courageous dream is part of life, you’re being invited to be conscious of the pattern you are weaving. I say – I often hear people say, “I am not sure if this is what I am supposed to do, or feel that when something happens that takes a turn in their lives for the worse they have no control over it because at the time it is new and not fully understood. They confuse the signs presented to us by spirit or God as something they must just accept as though they have no choice. They let the confusion created by the message lead them into thinking they are supposed to do something they are unsure of and enter it blindly. Confusion means there is more to understand, or possibly the timing is not quite right. It can mean the message is meant to inspire you to understand more before accepting or acting. We are each powerful beings and the truth of your destiny lives in your heart no matter what the world presents to you at any given time. When you are feeling powerless in any dark time in your life it is because you are in an unknowing state. You are disconnected to your truth because your reality has shifted in some way or you are in a weakened state. You are the driver of your destiny and you empower those around you when you are following the truth in your heart. When you are in the powerless state of unknowing it is the time to plant the seed of believing you have the wisdom to see what it is you need to know for your next right action. To begin to dream of what you want and see the opportunities that will be created as a result of it. Each time you receive a gift of opportunity, let go of the wonder and turn within to your heart to feel whether it is true or not. Is it what you have dreamt of or is it a message to help you fine tune what your true dream is moving forward? The exact form may be something you had not quite grasped in your intentions. But resonate with it to see if it identifies with your motivations and talents. Only you know the truth of what lives in your heart, the purpose you came into this lifetime to live by knowing your interests, inclinations and talents. Stay on course for it will be for the good of all. Fear has no place in guiding you forward, only what you know is true in your heart and is rightful for the good off all. Sometimes action is just saying a daily prayer, creating a loving vision for the world, using the tools you have at the time to move forward is the start to fulfilling your truth and living without fear. It is necessary to empower the world around you to find resolve and create the opportunities that align with your truth.

Full Moon in Leo

Hello from French Polynesia where I am presently working and playing! February 5 is the Full Moon in the Northern Hemisphere. The Sun is in Aquarius and the Moon is in Leo. Leo is about shining bright & being recognized, leadership, a natural regal disposition, empowering others through who they are and what they create. They need time in their lives to do the things they enjoy, they like to go big and like to be recognized for the good things they do. The shadow side of Leo can be: look at me, look at me, would rather lead than be told what to do and can be sensitive if they are ignored or don’t receive enough attention or love. The Leo needs to remember how good it feels when they create something that brings others joy and to allow others to receive recognition when they to create something noteworthy. Opposing to Leo is Aquarius this Full Moon. Aquarius wants us to go deeper to look at the responsibility of our actions and beliefs for the good of all without the need for recognition. So this Full Moon we find ourselves determining the balance between seriousness and joy, giving and receiving and looking at how we block our creative and authentic selves because of the lack of trust from past wounds that create drama or self-absorbed, self gain.

The influences this full moon have the potential for emotional reactivity, restlessness, asking you to have the courage to leave behind what no longer is for the good of our well being or the good of all. And to have courage to venture into something new if necessary. Things can be unpredictable and change fast with Uranus the great awakener involved. There is also great possibility for drama in the relationship realm. It is a good time to observe rather than engage when you disagree with something. Better to go inside yourself and try to understand what triggers the conflict within and process, learn and understand. Then change your belief or reactions moving forward for a better outcome. On a more positive note, this is also a time of fruition for the projects we have been working on the past year and a half.

Let’s see what the cards say about how we can release the blocks that keep us from being a balanced leader and bringing joy to others? I am using the “Wisdom of the Oracle” deck by Collette Baron-Reid. The card I drew is: “Co-Create.” The essential meaning of this card is: creativity, art, inspiration, fruition and manifestation. The card goes on to say: “You may not consider yourself to be a creative person, but in fact you are creating your reality every moment of every day via your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, intentions and actions. Yet you must consider you do so in partnership with spirit.” I say that once we learn to hear and feel our inspirations given to us by spirit, we are lead in a pure and authentic way to our truth, our purpose. When we set intentions each New Moon, what follows are these type of inspirations that lead us to aspire toward our dreams. If we are not of the vibrational level to receive what we want, we are lead into experiences that stimulate the opportunity for the changes within necessary to free us to be who we want to be. To benefit from the energy of the Full Moon that encourages us to release while being stimulated in a negative way. The least painful way is to hear, trust and act on the wise and inspired prompts from spirit as we journey through the choices presented and build trust to be led by divine inspiration rather than fear and security of what we know. It always comes down to knowing how your truth feels within and acting on your own truth. If we take the fork in the road toward change we “think” is the right way, instead of the heartfelt, perceived truthful direction, we often battle with our ego or are presented with facing blocks, lessons, or incidents until we let go and trust our inner truth. I always like to go back to when I made a clear, truth felt decision and remember how clear I felt when I feel in doubt midway through a new experience, or when I feel I have made a mistake. Not every incident is a bad decision, but can be a required lesson to awaken us to a new reality of truth within. So let go of the drama, judgement or wrongness and release what no longer serves your ability to move forward. Realize that you can do better next time with what you have learned in the experience. If you never release the cause of the incident once you understand it, you never gain any momentum toward truth. You remain attached to that reality and it keeps repeating itself until you decide to cut the cord and free yourself to a new way of approaching things. Remember that every moment you are creating your reality moving forward and holding on to the past only limits that movement. You can choose to build steps upward to your dreams or stairs down to your dungeon.

Raising Your Frequency….

Today I want to talk about energy. As I have mentioned before and I would suspect you already know that we are all made of energy and the vibration level of your energy plays a big part in your health and how you manifest in this world.

The highest vibrational energy we can put forth is love. If you want to do something to protect yourself and others against the wrongs of the world, take time out to send love to the things that cause you fear, worry or perceived threats. I incorporate it to my morning gratitude and prayer. But you can do it any time during the day when you think of it. Pay attention to your motives before you act. Adjust your emotions and perspective to love for the best outcomes.

I listened to a podcast this morning that was originally recorded in 2020 by The Essential Oil Revolution on the effects of EMF’s and how essential oils can help. They stated in the podcast several essential oils that have high energy frequencies that protect you against EMF’s. The highest noted to date is Northern Lights Black Spruce. Second is Rose oil. Others that fall a bit lower, but are good are Frankinsence, Fennel, Chamomile & Helichrysum. Fennel was specifically recommened by the host of the podcast for protection. These oils not only help to improve the effects EMF’s have on the body, but raise your energy/vibration level – giving yourself a boost so to speak. If you can use things to help raise your energy level higher, these oils have a positive affect on your health and psyche overall and help to keep you more focuses on positivity & the love motivational perspective.

You may remember from a previous blog, or not, that I have been put in a situation where I was concerned for my safety and I diffused the situation by just telling the person I loved them in a meaningful way. In that moment it truely stopped what I didn’t know how to. The lowest vibrational energy language is hate. So remember when you are reading or hearing something that goes against what you want or believe, send it love. If you decide to act toward disempowering something negative, take action with the perspective of love to guide you. If you are setting intentions for a long term goal, make sure your perspective is based on love. Try love and see what happens!

Lets see what the cards have to say about protecting yourself from harms in life. I drew the card: “The Land Between,” from the Oracle of the 7 Energies by Collette Baron-Reid. The essential meaning of this card is: being between worlds, learning to be okay while at the threshold of what was and what will be, a time of waiting and evolving, gray areas, something essential yet still in development, metamorphosis. The book also says, “The process in between worlds is where things get really interesting. You learn how to manage your fear, how to stay present in the now, how to see in the dark.” It talks about how to handle your lessons with grace because you can’t go any faster. That is what I am saying above & I believe mental fortitude is essential when hoping to change or shape our world from what it is to what we want it to be. That comes from motivations of love, grace, patience, curiosity, trust and humility. Avoid over reacting negatively to try to find resolve. Of course we get triggered from time to time. I try to vent my negative feelings when triggered so that it doesn’t accuse or disrupt others. I usually say as a preface, “Can I vent something to you?” When I was younger and having my monthly cycle, I’d tell my husband, “The twisted sister is out of the closet and running the show today, just so you know!” It added humor, disfused things and allowed him not to take my expressions so personally. Also remember, you are lowering your vibration by negative reactions, so you will be met back with the same kind of result. Therefore, it is important to transition the negative to a more productive perspective before acting. Ask your spirit guides to be there to help steer you toward love in all situations and then trust they will be there for you. I feel my spirit guides daily with my work and am so thankful they watch over me because they have prevented me making some mistakes that would have been very stressful. Learn to feel within yourself when something doesn’t seem right or when you feel like it is true. I have a few ways of experiencing it. When something isn’t right, I just feel in my gut that I need to double check what I just did or reconsider a decision. I don’t feel at peace about it & most often can’t reach a clear decision. When something feels right or true, I often get goosebumps or just feel silent and clear inside. Like there is no objection within me. I also see certain numbers when I look at the clock or just randomly in my environment that give me confirmation. I have had songs come over the radio, or been driving and glanced at a billboard sign that straight forward gave me a direct message. If you ask, you will recieve, but you need to put trust and faith behind your request and be open to recieve. Don’t ask for a specific outcome because spirit will decide on the form. Just trust your gut when it strikes a cord inside yourself as something important you need to hear or see. Lastly, the card above is saying when you are in the middle of change, it is an unknown state mentally & emotionally. It can help to understand where you are, have patience you will find your way and answers will come. Avoid falling off the cliff into negativity when you are learning, exploring and trying to understand your next right action. Get comfortable with the unknown place, the new thing you want to try so transition can become a more comfortable part of our daily life. It doesn’t have to be negative if you can give yourself some leanancy to learn and grow. Put faith in spirit and ask for help, however you need it. I have faith it will help.

Help me spread the love to raise our vibration against the harms in life that seem to be around us that we may feel like we have no control over. The solution is love! Take time each day to feel love and send it out into the universe. Lastly, you can make a list of the things that concern you each day and then before you go to bed, verbally tell spirit with the feeling of love in our heart “I send love to …… (the items on your list.”

Flowing and Healing….

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. I was fortunate to spend it with family and friends in Kansas and had a wonderful time in spite of one of our family getting COVID and exposing most everyone the night before Thanksgiving. It limited a few family members who weren’t exposed from joining us according to their comfort level & of course the COVID positive person didn’t join. So that was disappointing, but didn’t affect us from carrying on and having a great day together. In the end, none of us got sick, including my 94 yr. old mother. I am so grateful in spite of our different personalities, we can get together and make fun the objective. I am also so grateful for my lifelong friends I got to spend cherished time with. I only regret my husband was not able to join me, due to issues at our house that had to be tended to!

Before I left Kansas to return home, my lower back went out. It was a challenge to fly back to CA solo, but I managed with the help of some good people willing to assist & just meeting the right person at the right time. At my connection in Denver, in spite of my pain, I trudged to a coffee bar for a hot drink and the woman ahead of me in line had several extra coupons expiring that day, so she gleefully gifted me and several other travelers to a free tea or coffee. Which mad that process a whole lot easier and of course pleasant receiving such a gift! When life nearly disables you, it reminds you if you follow your heart and do only what is important you have all that you need and can receive what you truly want. I was so grateful for it all and glad to make it home to my husband and dogs where I could rest and begin healing.

When I returned home, I dug into a couple healing books (“Heal your Body” by Louise L. Hay & “Message From the Body” by Michael J. Lincoln, PH.D.) to see how I might have contributed to this injury with my thoughts and feelings. These books illustrate negative mental & emotional patterns associated with injury and illness. “Heal Your Body” also gives positive affirmations for assistance in change. From the book, I acknowledged the negative patterns & wrote down the positive affirmations to begin to think differently. Then I started to pay attention within, my thoughts and my outward attitude. In the end, I concluded I just needed to flow, let go of disagreement, judgement & discerning thoughts and feelings. Just flow. It helped me to become conscious of how I lock myself inside and create limitations & control. It pushed me to ask for help, relax/rest, allowing myself to heal, which was equally challenging as I saw my husband be left with all the responsibility. But I forced myself to flow and to ask for help when needed and not over do it. The interesting thing about an injury is when you get off track, the pain reminds you to get back into flow. I was also gifted with a very clear dream one evening where I met up with this psychic who shared me how I tend to choose the lesser of what I really want when given choices or in a fork in the road. When I woke up, I drew an Oracle Card – “Make a Choice!” Which also reminded me, when I don’t know, ask Spirit to help guide me. Gave me lots to think and pay attention to as I flowed. I am at a time in my life where change is sitting in front of me unfolding. What I am unclear of, I will turn over to spirit & trust I will find my answers and know my right actions.

When going into a more observational and listening mode, you learn so much about how you react to every day life. How you see things, what you think and feel about it, how you motivate your yourself and what you tell yourself and others. We often are so busy and on the go, we don’t stop to really notice the mental and emotional patterns we carry on a daily basis. If you are in a leadership role in any aspect of your life, you are usually forced to output more then observe and resonate in silence. I can tell you that being quiet and kind is a great exercise to build into your life on a regular basis. It can teach you so much about how you treat yourself and others. Things you don’t even realize you do because of the rote attachment to your perspective and relationships. Try it for an hour a day for a week and see what you learn about yourself and others. Try to involve others in the problem solving, information gather before decisions and gather more participation to see what unfolds.

Let’s see what the cards say: My question is: “What is it we need to know about changing our thought and emotions in relationships with people and life for better health?” I drew a card from the “Enchanted Map” by Collette Baron-Reid. The card I drew was “Education” in protection mode (upside down.) The decks book tells us, “Stubbornness and the desire to know it all and be right no matter what, will not get you what you want. Or could it be you are afraid to be seen as someone who knows less than you are supposed to? Or are you flying by the seat of your pants skimming, hoping no one will notice? A strident lust for certainty will never bring you the wisdom you seek. Life is filled with lessons, some bitter, some sweet.” I say – the gift of flow allows us to follow the mystery of our intuition and heart. It keeps life more in the adventure state & allows for magic & surprises. If you are silent and give yourself time to see the full picture before interacting you will gain more wisdom and your response will often be for the good of all instead of motivated by competitiveness or the ego. Magic can unfold and something new can occur between you and others if you are patient and tuned into your motivation before you speak or act. Sometimes it is good to be the silent one and others times it is good to be involved. Listen to your heart when is the right time for either. After all, for us to learn it helps to know when is the right time to be supportive, motivate others, passive or act. During this holiday season, is a good time to get in touch with your true role at social gatherings. Set your intentions every day & have fun exercising wisdom for the good of all!

Full Moon in Taurus

Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022 in the Northern Hemiphere is the Full Moon & a lunar eclipse. This Full moon in Taurus is about finding middle ground, aligning the mind with the heart, forgiving and letting go of the past so that you can move forward more connected as your true, authentic self. The eclipse pushes us to let go of the past, to restart from a more pure form of truth and raise our vibration to a higher level. Once we let go of our thoughts & emotions that hold us back because of past wounds or what we have learned to fear, we can be free to flow with our soul, our hearts desire, with love at the helm. Living at a higher vibration, hearing and being guided by spirit more powerfully, resulting in more magical moments fulfilling our intentions in life. The Sun in Scorpio & planetary influences are highlighting the feels of our hearts and what we truly desire. Taurus is about love and peace, while Scorpio is deep thought, death and rebirth and a willingness to do things without fear. The eclipse brings the energy to let go and restart from a better place. When we let these wounds go and connect with our truth guided by love, we are able to forgive, heal and move forward at a faster speed into the future as the North Node (future) and Uranus (great awakener) are still around since August helping to propel us into the future. We are finishing up what we have been working on this past year with giving and receiving love, learning to accept the truth of our desires and flowing with our intuition toward our destiny. Some of us have been propelled more strongly that others, but no matter the hardship or awakening, we are all more aware because of our journey. We all have the ability to let go, heal & forgive to recognize the path forward is one guided by our hearts and love. Connecting to spirit for that is our true partner in life, our innate wisdom.

Use this Full Moon to let go of the fears of the past, the wounds from failures and the after thoughts that cause pain, humility and paralysis from taking action toward your dreams or cause you to backtrack on progress. It’s the afterthoughts of our choices that steer us astray. Putting acceptance from others before our own passions that swerve us away from what we are destined for. Don’t let fear be the guide, turn off your busy mind and emotions stimulated by life’s chaotic surroundings, learn to meditate to open space for spirit to flow through and provide guidance. Talk to spirit and offer prayer for yourself and others on a daily basis. Make yourself available to be of service for the good of all and be grateful for the gifts and goodness that comes into your life. Take a chance by following your spiritual guidance, intuition and truth……flow, be surprised by the synchronicities that occur as a result of it. Nothing new can happen until you stop looking outside yourself for the answers. The answers are within your heart, your natural self. Let the old die so the new can blossom. It is time to let the inner wisdom guide and to acknowledge the gifts received with gratitude.

Let’s see what the cards have to say about what we need to let go of to connect with spirit to live our true desires of our hearts. I drew “The Fortunes Wheel” from the Shaman’s Dream by Collette Baron-Reid & Alberto Villoldo. The essential meaning from the card reads – Luck and Right Timing. It says to hold your desires as your intentions and it becomes true. The Fortune’s Wheel comes unannounced. Notice the signs, the coincidences and the seemingly magical events. Use the creative power of the Fortunes Wheel for the benefit of others and the gifts will be returned to you tenfold. Recall you boldest and noblest longing & invite it into your life. New Moon in Scorpio

The New Moon in Scorpio is Tuesday, October 25th in the Northern Hemisphere. As New Moons go, it is a time to write intentions for what it is you intend for in your future. Scorpio is considered one of the most intense influencing archetypes by some astrologers and is about death & rebirth. So we not only are creating new intentions, but are also focusing on what it is we need to let go of. Kind of like the New Moon and Full Moon in one. Letting things that no longer work die within yourself to be reborn for what better serves you moving forward. This New Moon focuses on going within your heart and mind to see what no longer aligns with the desired changes you want for your life, a new path forward toward a better reality fulfilling your dreams. This entails communication, relationships, community, giving and receiving love. When you do an inventory of what you are ready to give up to become your reborn self, then your life will begin to change. How you see the world, how you look at others, how you label things external to your heart, cleaning up your ego, the actions needing improvement in order to get what you desire. Nothing magically happens without acknowledging what no longer fits into your desired self. So when you are focusing on your new intentions, be sure to acknowledge & be honest about what must die in order to become who you say you want to be, to have the life you desire.

With Mars presently sitting still before it goes retrograde soon until March, it is a time to get in alignment of walking your talk. Connecting to your personal life purpose, your Dharma. With eclipse season launching as well, things are amplified and intensified in strength and speed. There has to be acknowledgement & a willingness to allow change and transformation at a deep level. Remembering that everything starts within and projects out to the world which formulates opportunity and change. Then realigning yourself with the world you create. Thus it could mean leaving friendships/relationships, thought patterns, reactions or actions that no longer align with who you are & to enter into the reborn reality of what you want and desire. For instance, you may find that certain people in your life may have been very good for you at one point in your life, but they are no longer aligning with the direction you are moving. Inventory the way you think, judge, finger point, shame, control, co-depend, over extend, etc. & recognize how it affects the balance in your life. New life comes by acknowledging all the things in life that no longer fit and carrying out the change without having to get acknowledgement from others. It is about finding your tribe and being a part of it somewhere in the middle without “having to be” the best or the worst. Just being your true self with heartfelt intentions without attachments, flowing and trusting. It is a true form or reform.

Take the time to rest, let life flow through you. A busy mind can block you from inner wisdom. It is also important to acknowledge some of the things that are happening in the world are a result of the collective. You will know soon enough what needs to change & learn from it, if you give yourself time to clear your mind, move away from all that life throws at you that involves chaos, confusion and resistance. Dream, imagine, meditate to open your mind for wisdom and spirit to flow and get in touch with your heart to align with your true intentions. This is truly a time to inventory the inner so that the outer may manifest toward your dreams. Your end result should be about walking your talk!

Let’s see what the cards say you need to know in order to identify what needs to die as we set our intentions toward rebirth. The card I drew is from the ‘Wisdom of the Oracle ‘deck by Collette Baron-Reid. The card is “the Fates.” The essential meaning of this card is fate, karma, acceptance that there are things you cannot change and knowing what those things are. The book says the Serenity Prayer sums up the meaning of this card: “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. It may not be in your cards to understand why certain events occurred, but you can accept the mystery and work with what those events and what your current circumstances have to teach you. Some things are fated to happen due to the collective, nature & past experiences you may never understand and are uncontrollable. I say, we have to learn to get in touch with what feels honest and true in the now and flow with it as circumstances unfold. Follow what you feel aligns with your foundation including the intentions of outcomes for the good for all. Let go of needing to tear others down to justify yourself & feed your ego. Instead find your place within the world that reflects what you believe to be true. Understand the things you don’t align with have their own place, their own lessons and their own path, find your tribe-your place. Become a working part of it to naturally empower and strengthen your dreams into reality. Walk your talk as inner self equals the reflection of your outer world. And remember some of what is being reflected could be ancestral or from a past live that you came into this lifetime to experience and heal.

Living Truth is Living Proof….

It seems when we are misaligned with our truth we are lead astray from what is important to us. We find ourselves making excuses or place blame for why we didn’t accomplish what it is we set out to accomplish. I know there are literally times when you are so busy living your truth, you fall behind, I am not talking about those times & in those times you restructure to find balance. When you are working against the truth in your heart, you are off the path of why you came into this world – living your true purpose. You feel like oil in water in your own life. Sometimes it takes becoming so unhappy, you do destructive things to yourself, or create a scenario to have your life blow up before you are able to change course. Sometimes hardship is part of your life plan you came here to work out in this lifetime, but it takes being connected to your truth to see you through it in a healthy way. Being motivated outside your heart, takes you to places you usually don’t want to be.

Just to give an example, I am a procrastinator at times. I sometimes find procrastination is a gestation period of processing to find my truth before I will act. Or I also believe it can be about timing to get the best outcome. Distinguishing the motivation of non-action is important. When I am doing something I really don’t want to do, I wait until I am at the deadline and grudge through it, or I wait until what I have convinced myself is the absolute perfect time to complete it. The perfect time comes when I figure out what is blocking me from taking action or admiting I really didn’t want to do it anyway. Why? That is what I have to ask myself when I am frozen. How did I get here & where do I want to go instead? Who am I doing this for? Yet another question I have to ask. It always leads me back to needing a change to realign with my truth.

Of course we all have responsibilities in life that are not fun, but being grateful you are able to do it makes a big difference in how you approach things in life. There is always someone who has it worse than you. We can live in the excuse, deny ourselves success or be grateful you have the opportunity to live a great life and the responsibilities that come with it. If we drag it out, we fall into self-criticism, stress about not getting it done, or be in utter dread without motivation to cause further stress. Why? That is what you have to ask yourself. Why do you want to disempower yourself? It takes courage to embark on the discomfort of something new. To be guided by trust and faith that your truth will lead you to the end goal, once you get through the unknown, the growing pains. At your most challenged moments talk to spirit and ask them to guide you to resolve. If you truly believe and are in alignment, your answers will come. But remember, sometimes what you want you may not be ready for, so be patient and do the work to get there.

The best thing often times is to just do what you need to get done, the minute you recognize you need to. Then it is over with. No valuable time is wasted. Sometimes all it takes is 1 small step to get going because once you start things seem to change and unfold. Remember, if you are frozen, don’t know what to do or how to start, then turn to spirit and ask for help. Help is always possible, believe it & when it comes, be grateful.

As we are human and constantly growing and changing, we can feel a bit off in the processing phase of change. If you choose to settle for less than what is optimal to your truth, then look at the imbalances it creates in your life to decide if they are worth it. It is your choice & you have to take responsibility for what you accept. Obviously when it comes to relationships with others, we all are different from one another & we need to accept people for who they are, so in turn we can be accepted. We can either drag each other down or build each other up. We all are connected and our individual lives are based on the overall wellness of one another.

Differences are healthy, but they can also be unhealthy. Being with someone who is very opposite than you can be very enlightening, growth provoking or unworkable. Depending on how you choose to react to it. I am very intuitive & my husband is very intellectual. Together we have a lot of common interests. We do many things differently than one another and therefore we learn from one another. It takes radical acceptance, to let go of the negative and flow to see what there is to learn. The things I don’t like, I don’t let limit my life. And if they do, that is on me. If it changes to be not okay, we work to make it work for each of us because we are committed to each other. We agree we want each other to be able to do the things that are most important to each of us, but work to keep the balance of togetherness. On top of that, we value our friendship & respect one another. However, when a relationship affects your quality of life or disagrees with your most important values in life, it can be a struggle. If it is steering you away from who you are and what is important, are you really on course? That is not the life I choose for myself personally. We each have to decide & take responsibility for our choices and how we choose to live. If something is not workable, then we have to make the necessary change. When you live out of alignment, it affects your whole life, especially your physical body. So protecting someone to avoid change is really only hurting the person you are protecting because you are both out of your truth, getting by and not fulfilling your life purpose. Imbalanced & unsatisfied. To start, you have to recognize what you need to change and if you can’t bring yourself to do it, then ask for help and answers for guidance to start. It is so liberating to be happy, in alignment with truth and to have those around you feeling the same. Life is always evolving & has it’s ups and downs, but don’t get stuck on the carousel going in a repetitive circle trying to stay safe and comfortable. Because at some point it will throw you off and you will wonder where the time went and see what you have lost living safe. Remember, spirit is always there to help support and guide you.

Lets look to the cards to see what we each need to know about finding our truth in our life path in relationships. I drew a card from the Wisdom of the Oracle by Collette Baron-Reid. The card I drew was “Serendipity!” The essential meaning from the book is: Opportunity allied with readiness; the awareness of synchronicity; luck and good fortune appearing as signs and symbols; a magical alignment of events. Wow, how appropriate is that message?! When you are living your best life, connected to your truth, the magic happens in accomplishments. We all have the ability to harmonize our life with magical outcomes, good fortune and pure joy when we stay in alignment with our truth. When you are in your truth, spirit is in line with you giving guidance & support. The flow of the magic from a higher power surrounds you and propells your life forward with obvious opportunities, people and signs. Being of service for the good of all is so important to your path of truth. How do you get there if you are not there now? Write down the things you like and don’t like about your life right now. Categorize them in a controllable column and uncontrollable column. Set strategies with the controllable column, take actions to resolve them. Then pray or meditate for anwers and enlightenment to what you feel is uncontrollable. Remember, everything in our life is a reflection of what we believe and accept inside ourselves. You have the power to create a better world by being good to yourself by living your truth, this raises your energy/vibrations which sends encouragement to others in the world. Being good to yourself with the component of for the good of all mixed into your thoughts and actions is a perfect recipe for success. But it has to start with you!

Full Moon in Aries

October 9, 2022 at 1:54pm, PDT is the Full Moon in Aries. This Full Moon comes with great potential for healing in our relationships. We have the Sun (conscious awareness), Mercury (mind) & Venus (heart, giving & receiving love) all in Libra (the inventor of relationships- the we, balance, harmony, justice) opposing Chiron (the great healer). The Full Moon (unconscious awareness) is in Aries (I am) and is a time of letting go. How can we take this we vs me polarity and let it lead us toward healing?

This past year astrologically, has been about healing and releasing, opening our hearts to give & receive love more. A moment where we discover, when you do not feel love, it is a moment to release and let love in to heal. This is a time to replace judgement, hatred, right and wrongness to deepen your love toward healing to create solutions. Remember that relationships are not just about romance. It is first about the relationship with yourself, our immediate environment & the collective universe. You must first look in the mirror and see what you are reflecting. A good measure is looking at your world to see the results of your reflection, as inner = outer. But the most important relationship is with your spiritual connection, however you define it. When you put that relationship first, everything else thrives. Because you connect with a wisdom and truth to guide you. This is a time to move closer to letting love be your motivation in life and to be able to receive what you give. Putting forth love of all things so that what doesn’t presently line with love, will be moved to change or die. To heal, we must let things go that don’t serve the collective, so the new can be born. That comes when we reflect curiosity to what we don’t understand or perceive as familiar. Then open our hearts to connect with our truth, to do in a loving way, what is good for the collective, which in turn creates change on a massive level & within ourselves.

Let’s see what the cards say we need to let go of so that we can feel more balance, harmony & love in our relationship to ourself & the world. I drew a card from the Enchanted Map deck by Collette Baron-Reid. The card I drew was “Heal the Ouch” in protection mode. Meaning we need to pay extra attention to the essential meaning of this card which is: Forgiveness is the healer of the soul. The book says in so many words to make amends for any harm you’ve done, recognize how you’ve been selfish, greedy or inconsiderate. Let go of resentments to those who have done you wrong. Forgiving and loving yourself is important. Be humble and willing to admit to your weaknesses. Bring healing light to old wounds. I say – wow, that is a pretty perfect answer to the question. I hope you will take time to evaluate what it is you need to let go of within yourself so you may heal and live a more loving life. So in return, your world becomes a reflection of love that you are worthy of receiving. Sending much healing love to all.

The Thin Veil

October is such a fun time for connecting with Spirit. It is the time of year when the veil between the earth and the spirit world is thinnest. Typically it is a time when your intuition is stronger than normal. If you are working to raise your vibration to connect with the spirits on the other side, your abilities are more empowered at this time. It is a good time to focus on learning meditation to open space in your conscious mind to let spirit in, setting intentions to connect with your higher self and to use tools to ask questions and find answers through your spiritual practice. If you have tools you use to connect with your intuition, you might consider utilizing it on a daily basis this month. I will be drawing Oracle Cards every morning this month & then of course if I have additional questions will use them for supportive insight. They always lead me to discover things about myself and assist in problem solving. If you are longing to connect with someone who has passed, this is also an excellent time to consider a reading with a Medium. Get a personal referral from a friend with someone they have personal reference to their work so you know they are the real deal.

Let’s draw a card to see what spirit has to tell us today about expanding our spiritual practice for empowerment. The card I drew from the Enchanted Map by Collette Baron-Reid is “Metamorphosis” in protection (upside down). Protection simply means we need to slow down and listen carefully to this message. The essential meaning of this card means: You are in the process of deep and beautiful change. The Protection book message says: There are times of chaos and darkness that occur, much like the growing pains of the caterpillar becoming the butterfly. There is a tendency to expect the worse when difficulty arises – when something is taken away or unwanted circumstances come to challenge you to let go of old ideas about how life is supposed to be. You are experiencing the temporary discomfort we all must go through before the beauty is revealed. I say: How interesting I drew this card, because I experienced this last night. Before I went to bed, I read a couple headline stories from a news source that were chillingly disturbing. Not a good decision on my part to do this before bed! It created stress in my mind and my thoughts were reeling, my emotions of fear and helplessness came to the surface. As it started to feel into emotional pain I suddenly had insight to recognize that I was in charge and I was not going to fall for this fearful narrative I had just read about. I instantly changed my emotions to confidence and started to say out loud & then write down what I believed was possible, what I was going to do to counter it. I was creating a plan of empowerment & believing it, my whole demeanor changed, my fear was gone and I believed good is possible. Small steps in the direction toward solutions. It was the difference between feeling overwhelmed and sinking into fear thinking, to beginning to create a plan of solutions. Even if I didn’t know the answers, I created the belief answers would come to me and it would be ok. I believed would be guided to do what I need to do to be safe and empowered. I then drew 3 Oracle cards to see what other insight I needed to know about, where I was headed and what the potential of my actions could create. It all brought me peace of mind. Empower yourself at your weakest moments. Create support you can turn to when you feel confused. Take time every day to reach out or pray to your spirit guides and ask for help to find your answers. They are there for you, all you have to do is ask, trust & have faith in truth. There is always light waiting to shine through darkness, you just have to look for it. Remember you are not only helping yourself, but you are helping others by the energy you create in finding & generating solutions. Energy is the source of consciousness & action. Make it honest & for the good of all! Be a part of the greater good, the empowered good!
